Spectrum Skatepark's Metro (Bonsor) Skatepark in Burnaby, BC is a Finalist in 3 categories at the 2007 BC Awards for Excellence in Concrete Construction.
'These awards recognize the impressive accomplishments in concrete construction in our province, and collaboration by the entire construction team on a project. It's the teamwork between developers, architects, engineers, contractors, and concrete suppliers that bring unique solutions, advancements and the ideas that result in quality building solutions for the BC construction industry and BC consumers,' explains BCMCA President, Rod Owen-Flood.
The project is up for Awards for Excellence in the categories of:
1. Architectural Concrete
2. Public Works
3. Special Applications, Artistic Merit
